Why FIT-ish? Because summer is effing hard & no one needs extra pressure to be perfect or hardcore but staying on track is still flipping important...so, in comes my FIT-ish bootcamp! 👌🏼
For this group, all you have to do is pick a workout that fits your needs (Beachbody on Demand has plenty to choose from), eat clean following the 80/20 rule, drink your shake daily & enjoy your summer, damn it! That is the rules! BUT once summer ends we are going to commit to a full program together (whichever program fits our own personal goals) & go all in, kapeesh?!
It is that simple. We will be FIT-ish together for 6 weeks (7 weeks if you count prep week) & then we will shift our focus to kick some serious boo-tay together after this group!
We will invest in ourselves with:
30 minute workouts minimum
A daily shake
Portion controlled meals (yes, even 80/20 should be in moderation)
Checking in daily via our group
FUN! After all, it is summer.
