What is LIIFT4?

I think my current friends and customers who have Beachbody on Demand (BOD) can agree when I say this year we have had access to some AMAZING new programs with our annual subscription and that is in addition to the 600+ workouts we already HAD access to with BOD .


And now we have LIIFT4 coming, so let's break it down!

  • Program Length: 8 weeks
  • Commitment Time: 30-40 minutes, 4 days/week
  • Equipment Needed: light, medium & heavy weights (this depends on your strength level)
  • Best For: toning and sculpting muscle, fat/weight loss
  • Release Date: VIP Early Access starts July 16th, available on BOD Oct 1st

So what is it? A mix of lifting and HIIT, 4 days a week.
What are the workouts like? The moves are based on classic lifting techniques that let you isolate, stabilize, and focus each rep on the muscle group you’re working. Each workout is structured
to keep your heart rate up, through tempo lifting and timed HIIT intervals, to help maximize calorie burn and targeted muscle-building. And every workout is 30–40 minutes and ends with a quick core routine. There are two phases for maximum results. For the first 6 weeks, you will build, strengthen, and define your body, followed by 2 weeks to burn through calories and fat, a shred phase to show off that hot bod! So in Phase 1, there is more focus on the lifting with some HIIT built in BUT once you get to the second phase, you will have more HIIT incorporated into your workouts. And get this, they are 32 UNIQUE workouts all filmed in real time. 

Why only 4 days? By having 3 days off, it gives your muscles time to rest and rebuild, meaning you’ll be able to push harder and do better on the days you are working out. AND let's be honest, 30-40 minutes a day, 4 days a week, even the busiest people can squeeze this into their hectic schedules. 

The initial test group saw some AMAZING results, here are SOME of them below. 

Let's talk nutrition! There are two different meal plans, one to lose weight and one to build muscle. It also uses the infamous portion control containers, because THEY WORK! There is one TREAT (Cheat) day a week AND it incorporates our Performance Line to enhance your workouts and results. 

PS - YES, you can have booze in moderation on your TREAT day! BOOM. I am in. HA!

Here is the even better part...you can literally do this program ANYWHERE because you the option to use the resistance band (that comes with your pack when you sign up) versus weights. So when you travel and you may not have access to a weight room...TAKE THE BAND! Or if you don't own weights and aren't ready to invest in them yet, the band works! But if you have weights or want to get some, you will need light, medium and heavy, all depending upon what YOU can lift. 

The program is being released in 2 phases. 

  1. July 16th - VIP Early Access: When you purchase one of the above VIP options through a coach (hopefully ME!), you’ll have access to all of the LIIFT4 workouts on July 16th! And access to my exclusive pre-launch test group. 
  2. Oct. 1st - Without Early Access: VIP Early Access begins July 16th, all other BOD subscribers will have access to the program starting October 1st.
