Creating Belief

Raise your hand if you’ve ever said, “I’ve tried everything & nothing works…”

Now, I’m going to ask you a question...

HAVE YOU TRIED BELIEVING IN YOURSELF?!

People ask me how I‘ve gotten results over the years.

I could tell you that it was JUST nutrition & exercise.

I could tell you it was discipline. Or willpower (which is BS by the way, but we will save that for another day).

But what really drove my results? BELIEF

I had to drop the old beliefs that did not serve me.

In the past, I wasn’t able to commit or change because of the BS story I was telling myself about my eating habits, my weight, my body…

So I had to BELIEVE that I could do ALL the things to become the healthiest version of me.

Belief that…
I was worth it.
I was someone who listened to her body.
I could be someone who was healthier.
I could be the person who had a better relationship with food.
I could be someone who exercised regularly.
I was a mom with more energy for herself & her kids.
I deserved to be someone who felt good in her skin.


And I had to work freaking hard to BELIEVE I was THAT version, before she even existed, in order to become her.

And those are the thoughts I still choose to practice on the daily.

What do you believe about yourself right now? But what do you REALLY WANT to believe? What you believe is what you create, so decide what you want to believe. And practice the shit out of it.
Every freaking day.
